Jewel by the Sea is located steps from the white sugar sand and emerald waters of Destin/Miramar Beach, Florida. This home has private deeded beach access making your beach trips easy! This gem of a beach house boasts 3000+ square feet of comfortable, eclectic style furniture and décor. 

On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining space for your guests. The spacious living room area has ample amounts of seating for your guests to enjoy playing games and watch vacation movies! The first floor features a king bedroom featuring a flat screen TV with an adjoined jack and jill bathroom. The second bedroom also features king bedroom with a private bathroom. On the first floor you will also find access to a private pool/patio area perfect for a vacation bbq!  

The second floor features 3 king master bedrooms, one of which has access to the outside deck with views of the Gulf and it’s own private bathroom. The second master has a deck access overlooking the pool and patio area, and it’s own private bathroom with a large garden tub and shower. The third master has deck access with views of the gulf and a shared bathroom.  

The third floor features a king bedroom with deck access, stunning gulf views and a shared bathroom. The last bedroom on this floor features a queen bed, a full over full bunk bed, a shared bathroom and a flatscreen TV.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
•Pool Dimensions: Not a square pool, 10×20 in an oval shape 3-5ft deep
•Pool Heating available upon request for additional fee of $250 + tax.
•Pet fee, if applicable, is $95 per pet. Size and breed must be approved. 
•Golf cart, if applicable, is supplied by Destin Beach Rentals. Any questions or needs can be directed to Destin Beach Rentals.
•Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen. Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods.
•Weddings are not permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to community and Crystal Beach Rentals fines. This is a non-smoking property.
