Sands of Grace is located in the highly favored neighborhood of Crystal Beach in Destin. This 3 story, 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is just 2 blocks to the sugar white sands of Destin. You will be a quick golf cart ride to Destin Commons consisting of local eateries, shopping and fun!

On the first floor, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and opens up to the dining room seating 16 guests. The living room has a large flat screen TV with multiple couches and additional seating making it the perfect relaxing spot for a vacation movie! On the first floor you will find a king master bedroom with a flatscreen TV and private bathroom including a shower. The second and third bedroom on the first floor feature king beds with a shared bathroom. The first floor also offers a kids room with a twin over twin bunk.

Out the back door you will find your own personal oasis with private swimming pool, lounge chairs, and eating area. You also will enjoy the benefits of a covered grill area with upscale grill, ice chest, and cooking station so come rain or shine you can still have you outdoor BBQ!

The second floor features 2 queen bedrooms equipped with flat screen TV’s and a shared bathroom including shower/tub combo.

The third floor features a loft with 2 full beds, a flat screen TV, game table and additional seating. This floor also features a balcony with a beautiful view of Crystal Beach.

•Pet fee, if applicable, is $95 per pet. Size and Breed must be approved
•Golf cart, if applicable, is supplied by Destin Beach Rentals. Any questions or needs can be directed to Destin Beach Rentals.
•Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen. Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods.
•Weddings are not permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and Crystal Beach Rentals fines. This is a non-smoking property.
