Sandy Feet is just two blocks from the sugar white sand and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf Coast. This home is located in the gated Villas of Frangista in Miramar Beach.

On the first floor, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and opens up to the dining room seating 18+ guests. The living room has a large flat screen TV with multiple couches and additional seating making it the perfect relaxing spot for a vacation movie! On the first floor you will find a king bedroom with flatscreen TV’s and a private bathroom including a large shower.

The second floor features 3 king bedrooms including a flatscreen TV and a private bathroom. The fifth room features a flat screen TV, private bathroom and two twin over full bunks. The sixth bonus bunk room features a twin over twin bunk bed.

•Pool Heating available upon request for additional fee of $250 + tax.
•Pet fee, if applicable, is $95 per pet. Size and Breed must be approved
•Golf cart, if applicable, is supplied by Destin Beach Rentals. Any questions or needs can be directed to Destin Beach Rentals.
•Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen. Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods.
•Weddings are not permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and Crystal Beach Rentals fines. This is a non-smoking property.
